Krish Gupta Becomes IBJJF Asia 2026 No-Gi Champion https://crosstrainfightclub.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/0921-1.mp4 Krish Gupta has delivered a standout performance at the 2026 IBJJF Asian Championship in Tokyo, winning the No-Gi championship and adding a silver medal in the Gi division. The result gives Krish two podium finishes at one of the major events on the Asian Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu calendar and adds another international achievement to his competitive journey. The Asian Jiu-Jitsu IBJJF Championship 2026 was held in Tokyo, Japan, on July 12, bringing together athletes from across Asia and beyond. The IBJJF describes the Asian Championships as one of its major events in the region, with thousands of athletes competing across divisions. Krish Gupta Takes the No-Gi Title Krish’s biggest result of the championship came in the No-Gi division, where he finished as the champion. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu demands a strong combination of positional control, wrestling, transitions and submission skills because athletes compete without the grips provided by the traditional Gi. For a competitor, winning a No-Gi championship at the Asian level requires technical preparation, physical conditioning and the ability to perform under tournament pressure. Krish delivered when it mattered. Silver Medal in the Gi Division Krish also competed in the Gi division, where he finished with a silver medal. Competing successfully in both formats is a demanding challenge. Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu require many of the same fundamental skills, but the grips, pace and tactical possibilities can be very different. Reaching the podium in both formats demonstrates Krish’s ability to adapt his game across different competitive environments. Two Medals From One International Championship Winning one medal at an international event is an achievement. Winning across both Gi and No-Gi competition adds another dimension to the result. Krish leaves Tokyo with: No-Gi: Gold Medal Gi: Silver Medal Together, the two podium finishes make this a significant championship for the athlete. Competing on the Asian Stage The IBJJF Asian Championship brings together high-level competitors from across the region and gives athletes an opportunity to test their Jiu-Jitsu against different styles and training backgrounds. The 2026 edition in Tokyo featured a large international field, with the IBJJF highlighting the depth of competition across the Asian circuit. For Indian athletes, competing at events of this level provides valuable international experience and helps raise the visibility of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from India. Krish’s performance adds another Indian result to that growing story. Why Results Like This Matter International competition is about more than medals. Athletes have to prepare for different styles, manage tournament pressure and adapt quickly between matches. A strong performance also gives competitors a clearer understanding of where their game stands against international opposition. For Krish, the Tokyo championship provided that opportunity in both Gi and No-Gi competition. The result speaks for itself. Two divisions. Two podium finishes. One gold and one silver. The Growth of Indian Jiu-Jitsu Results like Krish’s are part of the wider development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling in India. More Indian athletes are travelling to international competitions, gaining experience and testing themselves against competitors from established Jiu-Jitsu communities around the world. Every international podium finish helps create greater visibility for the sport and can encourage more athletes in India to pursue competitive Jiu-Jitsu. From Training to International Competition A medal at an event like the IBJJF Asian Championship is built long before tournament day. The preparation involves drilling, positional training, sparring, conditioning and developing the ability to execute techniques under pressure. Competition then puts those skills to the test. Krish’s two-medal performance in Tokyo is the result of that process. The No-Gi gold shows his ability to perform at the highest point of the division, while the Gi silver demonstrates his versatility across formats. What Comes Next for Krish Gupta? International competition is a continuing journey. The experience from Tokyo can become part of the preparation for the next tournament, the next opponent and the next opportunity to improve. For Krish, the 2026 Asian Championship now becomes an important chapter in his competitive record. A gold medal in No-Gi. A silver medal in Gi. And another international championship experience to build upon. A Proud Result for Indian Jiu-Jitsu Krish Gupta’s performance at the 2026 IBJJF Asian Championship in Tokyo is a result worth celebrating. Winning the No-Gi championship and finishing with silver in the Gi division shows the ability to compete successfully across two demanding formats at an international event. The medals are now in hand. The experience will remain. And the next challenge is already waiting. One championship. Two podium finishes. Another big step for Indian Jiu-Jitsu.

Amit Amauriya Talks ATURTO Final, Weight Cut and Bringing the Belt to Crosstrain Amit Amauriya opens up about his ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix journey, the frustration of making weight twice without getting to compete, and his confidence ahead of the final this December. In a new interview on Fight Talk with Moji, Crosstrain Fight Club fighter Amit Amauriya discusses the unusual road he has taken through the ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix. For Amit, the journey has involved the discipline of making weight not once, but twice, while still not getting the opportunity to compete in the earlier stages of the tournament. Now, his attention is firmly on the final against Limasunep Imchen. Amit Amauriya Opens Up About His ATURTO Journey Making weight is one of the most demanding parts of fight preparation. A fighter can spend weeks training, conditioning and preparing for a specific opponent, but nothing matters if the fighter is not ready to make the contracted weight. In his interview with Fight Talk with Moji, Amit speaks openly about the frustration of having to make weight twice despite not getting the opportunity to compete in those earlier Grand Prix matchups. That experience has been difficult, but it has not changed his focus. Instead, Amit says he is carrying confidence into the final. Making Weight Twice Without Getting to Compete For any fighter, a weight cut requires discipline. It affects training, nutrition, recovery and the final days leading into competition. Amit’s situation has been particularly unusual because he completed that process on two separate occasions, yet neither opportunity resulted in him actually competing in the cage. Instead of allowing that frustration to take over, Amit has turned his attention toward the opportunity that remains. That opportunity is the ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix Final. Amit Is Ready for Limasunep Imchen The final will see Amit Amauriya face Limasunep Imchen for the ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix championship this December. After everything that has happened during the tournament, Amit now has one clear objective. Win the final and bring the belt back to Crosstrain Fight Club. In the interview, Amit speaks with confidence about his chances and makes it clear that he believes he can get the job done. That confidence is built on preparation and the work that continues inside the gym. The Mindset Behind the Fighter Competitive MMA is not only about physical ability. Fighters also have to deal with uncertainty, frustration and situations they cannot control. Amit’s ATURTO journey is a good example. He prepared for competition and made weight, but circumstances prevented him from getting into the cage during the earlier stages. The ability to stay focused through situations like that is part of being a professional athlete. Now, rather than looking back at what did not happen, Amit is focused on what is ahead. Representing Crosstrain Fight Club Amit enters the final representing Crosstrain Fight Club, continuing the club’s growing presence in Indian MMA. Crosstrain brings together training in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and grappling, giving fighters the opportunity to develop a complete combat sports skill set. For an MMA athlete, that combination matters. Striking, wrestling and grappling all have to work together inside the cage. Training also needs to prepare fighters mentally for the pressure and unpredictability of competition. The Belt Is the Goal After an unusual route through the ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix, Amit now has the opportunity to finish the tournament with the result every fighter wants. A championship belt. His message in the Fight Talk with Moji interview is clear. He believes he has what it takes to beat Limasunep Imchen and bring the ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix belt back to Crosstrain Fight Club. The earlier frustration is now behind him. The final is what matters. Watch the Full Interview Amit discusses his ATURTO experience, the frustration of making weight twice without getting to compete, and his mindset heading into the championship final in his latest interview with Fight Talk with Moji. Watch the full interview here: https://youtu.be/H6-SHtJpvUI Crosstrain Fight Club and Competitive MMA Amit’s journey is another example of the competitive culture at Crosstrain Fight Club. The club supports athletes across MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and grappling, with training communities across Noida, Delhi NCR and Faridabad. For athletes searching for MMA training in Noida, MMA training in Delhi NCR, MMA training in Faridabad, BJJ training in Noida, wrestling training in Delhi NCR or other combat sports training, the focus is on building skills that can be tested in real competition. December Brings the Final Test Amit Amauriya has already dealt with an unusual tournament journey. Now he has one final opportunity. In December, Amit will face Limasunep Imchen in the ATURTO Flyweight Grand Prix Final. The frustration of the earlier stages has created an even stronger reason to make the final count. Amit believes he can get the job done. And the goal is clear: Bring the belt back to Crosstrain Fight Club.

Kunal Yadav Wins Bronze at SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2026 Kunal Yadav has brought home a bronze medal from the SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2026 in Tokyo, Japan, giving Indian Jiu-Jitsu another reason to celebrate on the international stage. Competing at the SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2026, Kunal represented India and secured a place on the podium, finishing with a bronze medal. The result marks an important achievement for an Indian athlete competing at a global Jiu-Jitsu championship. Kunal Yadav Takes Bronze in Tokyo The SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2026 brought together competitors from different countries for high-level international Jiu-Jitsu competition. Kunal Yadav successfully fought his way to the podium and finished the championship with a bronze medal. The achievement is significant because competing at a world championship demands preparation, consistency and the ability to perform under pressure against athletes from different competitive backgrounds. Representing India on the World Stage Seeing the Indian flag on the international podium is a proud moment for Indian combat sports. Kunal’s result in Tokyo highlights the growing presence of Indian athletes in global Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling competitions. International tournaments provide athletes with an opportunity to measure themselves against competitors from established Jiu-Jitsu communities around the world. For Kunal, the bronze medal is recognition of the work that goes into preparing for that level of competition. Why World Championship Competition Matters A world championship is different from an ordinary tournament. The level of competition is high, the pressure is greater and there is little room for mistakes. Athletes have to rely on their technique, conditioning, strategy and ability to stay composed throughout their matches. Training for this kind of event requires consistency over time. Every drilling session, sparring round and strength and conditioning session contributes to preparation. Kunal’s bronze medal reflects that competitive commitment. The Growth of Jiu-Jitsu in India Indian Jiu-Jitsu continues to develop as more athletes enter national and international competitions. Results at events such as the SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship help increase visibility for the sport and show that Indian athletes can compete successfully on international mats. Achievements like Kunal’s also provide motivation for younger athletes who are beginning their own Jiu-Jitsu journeys. A medal at a world championship can inspire the next generation to take competition seriously and pursue opportunities beyond local tournaments. More Than a Medal While the bronze medal is the headline achievement, international competition provides much more than a podium finish. It gives athletes experience against different styles, teaches them how to handle pressure and helps them understand what is required to compete at a higher level. Every match provides lessons. Every opponent brings a different challenge. And every competition creates an opportunity to improve. Kunal can now take that experience forward as he continues his journey in Jiu-Jitsu. Building a Stronger Indian Combat Sports Community Achievements in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and MMA are contributing to a larger Indian combat sports ecosystem. Athletes competing internationally help raise the standard of training and competition within the country. For clubs and academies, these performances also demonstrate the importance of creating environments where athletes can develop both technically and competitively. The growth of Jiu-Jitsu in India depends on athletes who are willing to step onto the international stage and test themselves. Kunal Yadav has done exactly that. The Road Ahead A bronze medal at a world championship is an achievement worth celebrating, but for a competitive athlete, it can also become the foundation for the next goal. The experience gained in Tokyo can help Kunal continue improving his game, identify areas for development and prepare for future competitions. One tournament ends, but the journey continues. A Proud Moment for Indian Jiu-Jitsu Kunal Yadav’s bronze medal at the SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2026 in Tokyo, Japan is a strong achievement for the athlete and another positive moment for Indian Jiu-Jitsu. International medals matter because they show what Indian athletes can accomplish when they get the opportunity to compete at the highest levels. For Kunal, Tokyo becomes another important chapter in his competitive story. One world championship. One podium finish. One more step forward for Indian Jiu-Jitsu.

Ketan Uppadhyay Wins by TKO at WDS Fight Night 18 Crosstrain Fight Club’s Ketan Uppadhyay delivered a strong performance at WDS Fight Night 18, earning a TKO victory against an experienced MFN veteran and adding another important win to his MMA journey. The Warriors Dream Series Fight Night 18 took place on 29 August 2026 in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, bringing together fighters from across the Indian combat sports scene. For Ketan, this was his first appearance in the Warriors Dream Series, and he made the opportunity count with a decisive stoppage victory. Ketan Uppadhyay Gets the TKO Finish MMA fights can end in several ways, but a TKO victory is always a strong statement. Ketan was able to stop his opponent before the final bell, putting his preparation and skills into action when it mattered most. A TKO requires timing, composure, technique and the ability to recognise an opportunity and capitalize on it. Ketan delivered all of that inside the cage at WDS Fight Night 18. A Big Win Against an MFN Veteran Ketan’s victory becomes even more significant because he faced an experienced veteran fighter from MFN. Facing an opponent with previous experience at a recognised Indian MMA promotion brings another level of challenge. Veteran fighters understand competition pressure, pacing and how to handle difficult moments inside the cage. Ketan was able to overcome that experience and secure the stoppage. For a young fighter developing his competitive career, this is an important result. Ketan’s First WDS Appearance WDS Fight Night 18 marked Ketan Uppadhyay’s first appearance with the Warriors Dream Series. Entering a new promotion means adapting to a different event environment while still dealing with the same demands of MMA competition. Ketan stayed focused on his preparation and produced the result he wanted. A first WDS appearance followed by a TKO victory gives him a strong foundation for whatever comes next. The Crosstrain Fight Club Approach Ketan represents Crosstrain Fight Club, where athletes train across multiple combat sports disciplines to develop complete MMA skills. MMA preparation includes: Striking: Boxing, kickboxing and stand-up techniques. Wrestling: Takedowns, takedown defence and positional control. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Ground fighting, submissions and escapes. Conditioning: Building the endurance and strength required for competition. Fight IQ: Developing the ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Combining these skills allows fighters to adapt to different opponents and situations. Competition Is Where Training Gets Tested A fight is different from a training session. Inside the gym, athletes can repeat techniques and work through specific situations. Inside the cage, everything is unpredictable. The opponent is moving, attacking and looking for opportunities of their own. That is why competition experience is so important for developing MMA fighters. Ketan’s WDS 18 victory gives him another valuable competition experience while also providing confidence that his preparation can translate into results. A Strong Result for Crosstrain Fight Club Ketan’s TKO victory adds another successful result to the competitive record of Crosstrain Fight Club. The club continues to develop athletes across MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, grappling, boxing and kickboxing. Its competitive environment is built around athletes who want to improve their skills and eventually test them under real competition pressure. Ketan’s performance at WDS 18 is another example of that approach in action. Crosstrain Across Delhi NCR Crosstrain Fight Club continues to build its combat sports community across Noida, Delhi NCR and Faridabad. Athletes looking for MMA training in Noida, MMA training in Delhi, MMA training in Faridabad, BJJ training in Noida or broader combat sports training across Delhi NCR can develop their skills across multiple disciplines. The aim is not only to train harder, but to train with purpose and prepare for real competition. What’s Next for Ketan? A TKO victory at a new promotion is a strong way to move forward. For Ketan, the next step is to build on this performance, continue sharpening his skills and take on the next challenge in his MMA career. One victory does not define a fighter. But every victory adds experience. Ketan’s WDS 18 performance is another important step in his journey. First WDS appearance. TKO victory. Another big step forward.

Mohit Dagar Wins at WDS Fight Night 18 Crosstrain Fight Club’s Mohit Dagar picked up another important victory at WDS Fight Night 18, securing a win by decision and continuing his journey as a competitive MMA fighter. The Warriors Dream Series Fight Night 18 took place on 29 August 2026 in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, bringing together fighters from across the Indian combat sports scene. For Mohit, the event provided another opportunity to test his skills under competition pressure, and he came away with the result he was looking for. Mohit Dagar Gets the Decision Victory Not every MMA fight ends with a knockout or submission. Sometimes, the fight goes the distance and the winner is decided by the judges. Mohit delivered the performance required to secure the decision at WDS Fight Night 18. A decision win reflects a fighter’s ability to stay composed throughout the contest, maintain their pace and continue executing their skills from start to finish. For a developing MMA athlete, those experiences are extremely valuable. Another Competition Experience for Mohit Every fight brings a different challenge. Competition forces fighters to deal with pressure, fatigue and an opponent who is actively trying to disrupt their game plan. Training can prepare an athlete for these situations, but actual competition provides an experience that cannot be completely recreated inside the gym. Mohit’s latest WDS victory gives him another opportunity to learn from competition and continue developing as an athlete. The Crosstrain Fight Club Approach Mohit represents Crosstrain Fight Club, where athletes train across multiple combat sports disciplines to develop a complete skill set. MMA training at Crosstrain includes areas such as: Striking: Boxing, kickboxing and stand-up techniques. Wrestling: Takedowns, takedown defence and positional control. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Ground control, submissions and escapes. Conditioning: Building the endurance required to maintain performance throughout a fight. Fight IQ: Learning how to make effective decisions under pressure. The ability to combine these areas is an important part of becoming a well-rounded MMA fighter. Building a Competitive MMA Culture For Crosstrain Fight Club, results like Mohit’s WDS victory are part of a larger competitive culture. The goal is not simply to train for fitness. Athletes are given an environment where they can develop their skills and eventually test them through competition. Crosstrain athletes compete across MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, grappling, boxing and kickboxing, creating a multidisciplinary combat sports community. Crosstrain Across Delhi NCR Crosstrain Fight Club continues to serve athletes across Noida, Delhi NCR and Faridabad. Whether someone is looking for MMA training in Noida, MMA training in Delhi, MMA training in Faridabad, BJJ training in Noida, or broader combat sports training in Delhi NCR, the focus remains on technical development and real-world application. A competitive environment allows athletes to keep testing themselves, learning from each experience and improving over time. Another Step Forward for Mohit Dagar Mohit Dagar’s decision victory at WDS Fight Night 18 is another positive result in his competitive MMA journey. The win adds another experience to his record and gives him another foundation to build from as he continues training and competing. For Mohit, the work does not stop after one victory. The next goal is always the same: become better, prepare for the next challenge and keep moving forward. Another fight. Another win. Another step forward. Training can prepare an athlete for these situations, but actual competition provides an experience that cannot be completely recreated inside the gym.

Mohit’s latest WDS victory gives him another opportunity to learn from competition and continue developing as an athlete.

The Crosstrain Fight Club Approach

Mohit represents Crosstrain Fight Club, where athletes train across multiple combat sports disciplines to develop a complete skill set.

MMA training at Crosstrain includes areas such as:

Striking: Boxing, kickboxing and stand-up techniques.

Building a Competitive MMA Culture

For Crosstrain Fight Club, results like Mohit’s WDS victory are part of a larger competitive culture.

Crosstrain Across Delhi NCR

Crosstrain Fight Club continues to serve athletes across Noida, Delhi NCR and Faridabad.

Another Step Forward for Mohit Dagar

Mohit Dagar’s decision victory at WDS Fight Night 18 is another positive result in his competitive MMA journey.

The win adds another experience to his record and gives him another foundation to build from as he continues training and competing.

For Mohit, the work does not stop after one victory.

The next goal is always the same: become better, prepare for the next challenge and keep moving forward.

Another fight. Another win. Another step forward.

Building Bridges Across the World for the Expansion of Combat Sports At Crosstrain Fight Club, we recently had the pleasure of hosting Coach Brandon Slay, a Sydney Olympic gold medalist and mentor to elite USA wrestlers through the #LifeSportsIndia program, for a short but valuable training session. Connecting Combat Sports Communities Across the Globe At Crosstrain Fight Club, we are committed to building meaningful relationships between combat sports schools and communities around the world. As one of India’s premier combat sports institutions, our goal is to bring the best knowledge, coaching, and training methodologies from around the world to India and make them accessible to young Indian athletes. Having Coach Brandon Slay with us was particularly valuable because of his extensive experience in wrestling and his perspective on the more mature MMA ecosystem in the United States. Learning from the US Combat Sports Ecosystem The United States has developed a well-established MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ecosystem over the past three decades, supported by a strong wrestling foundation. This creates significant opportunities for cross-exchange of knowledge between Indian and American combat sports communities. Sharing ideas, coaching approaches, and training methodologies between these systems can provide valuable learning opportunities for Indian athletes and coaches. Sessions like these are not just about training. They are about creating relationships and opening doors for continued collaboration. The Fundamentals Always Matter One of the key takeaways from the session was simple: “Simple is great in sports.” Training fads and fancy terminology come and go every year, but the fundamentals remain. For an athlete, mastering the basics, developing strong technique, and consistently improving those fundamentals are what ultimately create long-term progress. Whether it is wrestling, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or any other combat sport, the foundation matters. Building the Future of Indian Combat Sports It is always exciting to learn, exchange ideas, and build bridges across combat sports communities. And this is only the beginning. More exchanges, more coaches, and more cross-pollination of ideas are coming for our young athletes. Creating these opportunities for athletes to learn from the best around the world is an important part of developing a stronger sporting culture in India. That is how sporting nations are built.

ADCC India Open 2026: Crosstrain Fight Club and the Rise of Competitive Grappling Indian grappling continues to grow, and ADCC India Open 2026 is set to bring another major competitive opportunity to the country’s submission grappling community. The official ADCC calendar lists the ADCC India Open 2026 for 17 October 2026 at Jaypee Atlantic–The Club, Integrated Sports Complex, Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. For Crosstrain Fight Club, events like this are particularly significant. The club has built its identity not only around MMA but also around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling and wrestling, with its athletes regularly entering competitive events in India. ADCC India Open 2026: Another Opportunity for Indian Grapplers ADCC competitions provide athletes with an environment where submission grappling, wrestling, positional control and finishing ability are tested under competitive pressure. The upcoming India Open gives Indian athletes another opportunity to compete locally while pursuing higher levels of grappling competition. For athletes preparing for events like ADCC, training is not simply about learning submissions. A competitive grappler needs to understand: Takedowns and wrestling Positional control Escapes and defensive grappling Submission attacks Scrambles Pace and conditioning Competition strategy Those skills have to work together when the match begins. Crosstrain Fight Club’s ADCC Track Record Crosstrain has already established a strong presence in ADCC competition. At the ADCC India – North East Open 2026, Crosstrain athletes featured prominently in the official results. Krish Gupta won the Men’s Professionals -76KG division, while Kostav Sharma won the Men’s Intermediate Absolute division. Aditya Malhotra also won the Men’s Intermediate -76KG division, while Terge Kena won the Men’s Beginners -70KG division. Crosstrain athletes also finished on the podium in several other divisions. Those results show the depth of competition within the Crosstrain system. The club is not only developing MMA fighters; it is also producing athletes capable of competing across different forms of grappling. Why Grappling Is Important for MMA For an MMA athlete, grappling is one of the foundations of the sport. A fighter needs to know how to defend takedowns, control positions, escape from bad situations and create opportunities for submissions or ground-and-pound. That is why Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling training play such an important role in the development of a complete MMA fighter. At Crosstrain Fight Club, grappling exists alongside other disciplines such as MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and wrestling, allowing athletes to develop skills that can transfer between different competitive formats. From the Mat to the Cage One of the advantages of a competition-focused combat sports environment is the ability to learn across disciplines. A BJJ competitor can improve their takedowns through wrestling. An MMA fighter can sharpen ground control through submission grappling. A striker can develop better defensive awareness by understanding what an opponent wants to do on the ground. That cross-training philosophy is central to the Crosstrain identity. The club describes its programme around MMA and multiple combat disciplines, with competitive athletes training alongside beginners and developing fighters. ADCC India and the Future of Indian Grappling The growth of events such as ADCC India Open reflects the increasing opportunities available to Indian grapplers. The 2026 ADCC calendar already includes multiple Indian events, including the North East Open held in Guwahati in April and the upcoming India Open in Greater Noida. For athletes, more competitions mean more opportunities to test themselves. For gyms, they create a stronger competitive pathway. And for Indian combat sports as a whole, they help create athletes who are accustomed to competition rather than only training inside the gym. Crosstrain’s Competitive Grappling Culture Crosstrain Fight Club has a long-standing connection with competitive grappling. Its founder and head coach Siddharth Singh has competed extensively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling, and Crosstrain’s current programmes include BJJ, wrestling, Muay Thai, kickboxing and other combat disciplines. That competitive background helps create an environment where athletes can train with different goals. Some may be preparing for an ADCC India event. Some may be preparing for an MMA fight. Others may simply want to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling or boxing. The underlying training culture remains the same: develop real skills and keep improving. Training for ADCC in Delhi NCR For grapplers across Delhi NCR, access to structured BJJ and submission grappling training can make an important difference. Crosstrain Fight Club has a presence across Saket, Noida and Faridabad, allowing athletes from different parts of the region to access combat sports training. The club’s current site lists coaches and programmes across these locations, including BJJ, MMA and other disciplines. For someone searching for BJJ training in Noida, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Delhi, BJJ in Faridabad, or grappling training in Delhi NCR, competitive preparation can provide a different experience from fitness-only training. Looking Ahead to ADCC India Open 2026 With the ADCC India Open 2026 scheduled for 17 October in Greater Noida, attention will once again turn toward India’s growing submission grappling scene. For Crosstrain Fight Club, the event represents another opportunity for its athletes to compete, learn and represent the club on a major Indian grappling platform. The goal is bigger than one tournament. It is about building athletes who are comfortable under pressure, technically complete and ready to compete. Because whether the goal is an ADCC medal, an MMA fight or simply becoming better at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the path starts in the same place: Train seriously. Compete consistently. Keep improving. ADCC India Open 2026: Crosstrain Fight Club and the Rise of Competitive Grappling Indian grappling continues to grow, and ADCC India Open 2026 is set to bring another major competitive opportunity to the country’s submission grappling community.

Ketan Uppadhyay Set for His First WDS Appearance at Fight Night 18 A new stage awaits Ketan Uppadhyay. The 22-year-old Crosstrain Fight Club fighter is set to make his first appearance in the Warriors Dream Series (WDS) at WDS Fight Night 18, adding another important competition to his growing MMA journey. Ketan enters the event representing Crosstrain Fight Club in the bantamweight category. The official fight poster lists him at 177 cm and representing India. This is not Ketan’s first MMA fight. Instead, WDS Fight Night 18 gives him an opportunity to compete under a new promotion and test his existing skills against a fresh competitive challenge. A New Stage for Ketan Uppadhyay For an experienced MMA athlete, entering a new promotion brings its own set of challenges. A different event environment, a different opponent and a different competitive atmosphere can all test a fighter’s preparation. Ketan’s first WDS appearance is therefore another opportunity to take the experience he has already built through MMA competition and bring it into a new setting. The goal remains the same: stay composed, execute the game plan and continue improving every time he competes. Representing Crosstrain Fight Club Ketan will step into the cage representing Crosstrain Fight Club, continuing the club’s growing presence in Indian combat sports. At Crosstrain, MMA preparation is built around developing a complete fighter rather than focusing on a single discipline. That includes: Striking — developing boxing, kickboxing and stand-up fundamentals. Wrestling — working on takedowns, control and takedown defence. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — building submission skills, positional control and ground defence. Conditioning — preparing the body to maintain performance throughout a fight. Fight IQ — learning how to make the right decisions while under pressure. Bringing these skills together is what turns individual techniques into an effective MMA game. Why the WDS Opportunity Matters A fighter’s development is shaped by the level of competition they continue to face. Ketan’s first appearance in WDS gives him another competitive environment in which to test his strengths and identify areas for further improvement. Every fight provides information. It can reveal what works under pressure, where adjustments are needed and what should be improved before the next competition. That process is an important part of building a long-term MMA career. Ketan in the Bantamweight Division Ketan is listed in the bantamweight category, where speed, movement and technical decision-making can play a major role. Fighters in the division need to be comfortable transitioning between striking and grappling while maintaining pace and composure. A fight can change in seconds. A striking exchange can lead to a takedown. A takedown can lead to positional grappling. A scramble can quickly return the fight to the feet. That makes complete preparation essential. Crosstrain’s Growing Competition Culture Ketan’s WDS appearance is another example of the competitive culture being developed at Crosstrain Fight Club. The club brings together athletes interested in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and grappling, creating an environment where training can extend beyond fitness and into serious skill development and competition. For athletes across Noida, Delhi NCR and Faridabad, this kind of environment provides a pathway for people who want to develop their combat sports skills with competition in mind. A New Promotion, Another Challenge Ketan already knows what it feels like to compete in MMA. Now he gets to experience that competition inside the Warriors Dream Series. His first WDS appearance is another chapter—not the beginning of his MMA journey, but another step in it. At 22, Ketan continues to build experience while representing Crosstrain Fight Club and Indian combat sports. What Comes Next? The next step is simple: compete, learn and keep moving forward. For Ketan Uppadhyay, WDS Fight Night 18 is another opportunity to put his preparation to the test and continue developing as a competitive MMA fighter. For Crosstrain Fight Club, it is another moment to support an athlete taking on a new challenge. New promotion. New challenge. Same commitment to the fight.

Mohit Dagar Returns for Another Test at WDS 18 The next challenge is already set. After making his Warriors Dream Series debut earlier this year, Crosstrain Fight Club fighter Mohit Dagar is set to return to competition at WDS Fight Night 18, continuing his journey in Indian amateur MMA. WDS Fight Night 18 is scheduled for 29 August 2026 at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with the event running from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. For Mohit, this is more than another fight on the calendar. It is another opportunity to build experience, test his preparation and take the next step in his development as a competitive MMA athlete. From WDS 16 to WDS 18 Mohit’s previous Warriors Dream Series appearance came at WDS 16 in March 2026. Competing in the 135-pound bantamweight amateur division, Mohit faced Abdul Qaazim Sheikh and secured a unanimous decision victory after three rounds. The win moved his amateur record to 1-0. That first WDS appearance gave Mohit valuable cage experience. Now, with WDS 18 approaching, he gets another chance to compete and continue building on that foundation. Why Another Fight Matters For an MMA fighter, development does not happen through one competition. Every fight brings a different challenge. Competition tests things that are difficult to reproduce completely inside the gym: managing adrenaline, making decisions under pressure, adapting to an opponent and maintaining technique when fatigue starts to take over. That is why regular competition is such an important part of an athlete’s development. For Mohit, WDS 18 represents another chance to put his training into practice. The Crosstrain Fight Club Approach At Crosstrain Fight Club, the aim is to develop athletes who are prepared for real competition. MMA requires more than striking. A complete fighter needs to understand boxing and kickboxing, wrestling, takedowns, grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, conditioning and fight strategy. That complete approach is particularly important as fighters move through different stages of their competitive careers. Crosstrain’s training environment brings together different combat sports disciplines, giving athletes a place to develop both individual skills and the ability to combine them inside the cage. Building Competitive Experience in Indian MMA The Warriors Dream Series has become an important platform for Indian MMA athletes, with the promotion continuing to stage fight nights and provide opportunities for both developing and established fighters. WDS 18 is part of the promotion’s 2026 season and follows WDS 16 and WDS 17 earlier in the year. For young fighters, these events are about building experience one fight at a time. A first fight teaches you what competition feels like. The next fight challenges you to improve. And every fight after that becomes another opportunity to show growth. Mohit Dagar’s Next Chapter Mohit enters WDS 18 with an undefeated amateur record following his decision win at WDS 16. The focus now shifts to the work happening between competitions: sharpening technique, improving conditioning, preparing tactically and continuing to develop the confidence required to perform under pressure. For Crosstrain Fight Club, Mohit’s return is another example of the club’s commitment to competitive combat sports. From MMA training in Noida to training opportunities across Delhi NCR and Faridabad, Crosstrain Fight Club is building a wider competitive culture around MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and other combat sports. WDS 18: The Next Test On 29 August 2026, Mohit Dagar will step into the next stage of his MMA journey at WDS Fight Night 18 in Navi Mumbai. The opponent and final fight-card details should be followed through the official WDS announcement as the event approaches. What is already clear is the bigger picture. Another fight. Another test. Another opportunity to improve. And for Mohit Dagar and Crosstrain Fight Club, the journey continues. Follow Crosstrain Fight Club Crosstrain Fight Club continues to provide training for athletes and enthusiasts interested in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and combat sports across the Delhi NCR region. Whether the goal is fitness, skill development or competitive MMA, the foundation remains the same: Train hard. Compete. Improve. Repeat. It is another opportunity to build experience, test his preparation and take the next step in his development as a competitive MMA athlete.

From WDS 16 to WDS 18

Mohit’s previous Warriors Dream Series appearance came at WDS 16 in March 2026.

Why Another Fight Matters

For an MMA fighter, development does not happen through one competition.

The Crosstrain Fight Club Approach

At Crosstrain Fight Club, the aim is to develop athletes who are prepared for real competition.

Building Competitive Experience in Indian MMA

The Warriors Dream Series has become an important platform for Indian MMA athletes, with the promotion continuing to stage fight nights and provide opportunities for both developing and established fighters.

Mohit Dagar’s Next Chapter

Mohit enters WDS 18 with an undefeated amateur record following his decision win at WDS 16.

WDS 18: The Next Test

On 29 August 2026, Mohit Dagar will step into the next stage of his MMA journey at WDS Fight Night 18 in Navi Mumbai.

The opponent and final fight-card details should be followed through the official WDS announcement as the event approaches.

What is already clear is the bigger picture.

Another fight. Another test. Another opportunity to improve.

And for Mohit Dagar and Crosstrain Fight Club, the journey continues.

Follow Crosstrain Fight Club

Crosstrain Fight Club continues to provide training for athletes and enthusiasts interested in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and combat sports across the Delhi NCR region.

Whether the goal is fitness, skill development or competitive MMA, the foundation remains the same:

Train hard.

Amit Amauriya Takes on ATURTO 4.0: Crosstrain Fighter Makes His Mark in the Flyweight Grand Prix Introduction The path to MMA stardom is built through challenges, competition, and the constant pursuit of improvement. For fighters at Crosstrain Fight Club, that journey means stepping onto some of the toughest stages in Indian combat sports and testing their skills against high-level competition. One such fighter is Amit Amauriya, who recently represented Crosstrain Fight Club at ATURTO 4.0 in Itanagar, competing in the prestigious Flyweight Grand Prix. The event brought together fighters from across India to compete for the coveted 125-pound flyweight championship title, with Amit Amauriya among the athletes looking to make their mark. Amit Amauriya Steps Into the High-Level MMA Arena Amit Amauriya’s appearance at ATURTO 4.0 marks another important step in his development as an MMA fighter. Mixed martial arts requires competitors to be well-rounded athletes. Fighters need to develop skills across multiple disciplines, including striking, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and conditioning, while also learning how to apply those skills effectively inside the cage. At Crosstrain Fight Club, athletes are encouraged to develop this complete skill set and continuously test themselves through competition. ATURTO 4.0 was held in Itanagar on April 25, 2026, with the Flyweight Grand Prix designed to crown the promotion’s first-ever flyweight champion. Amit advanced to the semifinals after his scheduled opponent failed to make the required weight. From the Training Room to the MMA Cage For Amit and the other young fighters training at Crosstrain, competition plays an important role in development. Through regular MMA training in Noida and Delhi NCR, athletes build the technical, physical, and mental skills needed to compete against experienced combat sports athletes. While training provides the foundation, real competition creates a different kind of learning experience. Fighting against another athlete under pressure teaches competitors how to perform when their skills are truly tested. Every competition helps fighters develop important abilities such as: Fighting effectively under pressure Applying techniques in real match situations Maintaining conditioning throughout a fight Making quick decisions inside the cage Adapting their game plan during competition Learning from both successes and mistakes For fighters like Amit Amauriya, every match becomes another opportunity to gain experience and improve. Crosstrain Fight Club’s Journey in Combat Sports Crosstrain Fight Club has built a strong reputation for developing athletes across multiple combat sports disciplines. The club has particularly made its presence felt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling, with its athletes competing at major national and international-level events, including the ADCC India Open. At the 2023 ADCC India Open, Crosstrain athletes achieved podium finishes across different weight classes. Ketan Upadhyay won gold, while Amit Amauriya secured a bronze medal. These achievements reflect the competitive culture at Crosstrain Fight Club and the club’s focus on developing athletes who are prepared to compete at the highest levels. The Future Looks Bright for Amit Amauriya Amit Amauriya’s appearance at ATURTO 4.0 is another milestone in what promises to be a continuing MMA journey. Like every fighter at Crosstrain Fight Club, Amit’s development is built around consistent training, competition, discipline, and continuous improvement. Each fight presents a new challenge and an opportunity to sharpen his skills. As he looks ahead to his next opportunity, the focus remains the same: train harder, compete regularly, learn from every experience, and continue moving toward the highest levels of the sport. Crosstrain Fight Club remains committed to helping athletes pursue that journey through structured MMA training in Noida, MMA classes in Delhi NCR, BJJ training in Noida, wrestling training in Noida, and combat sports training in Noida. Train. Compete. Improve. From the training mats to national-level competitions, fighters such as Amit Amauriya represent the competitive mindset that drives Crosstrain Fight Club. For athletes looking to develop their skills and compete in combat sports, the right training environment can make all the difference. Crosstrain Fight Club continues to build that environment for the next generation of MMA fighters in India.
